The Weekly is a publication of the Jacksonville Camera Club. It provides a heads up of the coming events and announcements of a timely nature. Meeting March 18th

The next Outing will take place on Saturday, March 14th. The club will photograph the rocks at Marineland and the gardens at Washington Oaks.

Lens Workshop Coming Soon! May 8-9
Specialty lenses allow you to challenge yourself to create a different type of image. We are renting a wide variety of lenses for the workshop in May. Pre-registration is open. Sign into the JCC website, choose BLOG for workshop information.

"A good friend of mine has a canon 500mm prime lens, tripod and waverly gimbal mount that he would like to sell. His equipment is well maintained. He wants $6K for the the combined items. The lens new is around $8900, the tripod and gimbal mount are worth over $1,500 new. The lens comes with two cases, one hard and one soft."
